shipping policy

Overview:

Currently, we only ship within the USA.  Please allow approximately 3-9 business days for delivery once your item ships. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please note that due to COVID-19, the arrival of your order may be delayed and your patience is appreciated. It is our goal to have in stock items ready to ship in 1-2 days. Our handmade crafts, of course, will take a little longer to get ready to ship since they are made to order. Applicable tax or shipping fees will be charged on your order at checkout.
 

Carriers:

Our primary shipping carrier is the USPS. We may utilize UPS on occasion.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

You will receive an email when your item(s) ship and will include the tracking number. You will be able to track your package on the USPS website (or UPS website, accordingly).


Backorders:

We do not take backorders on out of stock items. If a product you want to order is unavailable, please fill in your info on our connect page and we will let you know when the item is available via your email.

 

Damaged packages:

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged item(s) for inspection by the carrier. This will help assure your claim will be handled promptly by the carrier. Damage during shipping is the sole responsibility of the carrier.

Your Order:

We assure our customers that the item representation you see on our website, is the item you will receive in your order. Before we ship your order, we check and recheck it to insure it is 100% correct. If you believe your order has an error, please contact us by email at: TheFarmhouse@FarmhouseExpressions.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Be sure to include the order number and the issue in the email. You can rest assured that the items you receive will be the items you ordered!

Important policy provisions: 

  • Shirts: All our T-shirts and sweatshirts are a 50/50 blend of pre-shrunk cotton and polyester. There should be minimal, if any, shrinkage when laundered according to instructions. Sizing charts are provided and must be utilized to insure that you order the correct size. Ordering the correct size is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

  • Handmade Crafts: Our crafts are 100% USA made by us, as pictured, and to the dimensions provided on our website. Since our crafts are individually made and not mass produced in a factory, there may be slight variations in the finished product. This makes them unique, not flawed! Certain items that we offer can be personalized with a name. Due to this personalization, you must pre-approve the design before we make the item. We will send you the design via email for approval. Personalized items are non-refundable. We will consider all requests for custom items on an item by item basis. Design fees must be pre-paid and are non-refundable as is the cost of the item(s).

  • Farmhouse Candles: All our candles are 100% USA soy and are hand poured to order. We use cotton wicks. They are high quality and smell great!
